Terms& ConditionsOur Standard Terms & Conditions These conditions are set on the basis uponwhich Ware Apart Hotel accept bookings to rent its serviced apartments &accommodation. These conditions are accepted by you whether you are a guest orbooking on behalf of others.   1     Pricing,Booking and Payment 1.1.     The quoted rates weadvertise are subject to change without prior notice and can vary.1.2.     Any booking made, will only come in to existencewhen payment has been made in full and your confirmation has been dispatched byus. 1.3.      Upon arrival, the lead guest mustcomplete the identification check. 1.4.     Bookings can bemade online or by telephone, on confirmation of a booking a fee to the value of30% of the total price is required hereafter referred to as the booking fee.1.5.      Online bookings do have set terms andconditions which adhere to any 3rd party involved (such as   Laterooms, etc) – it is up to you as the client to read and accept these termsprior to making a reservation.  1.6.     If bookedless than two weeks prior to the rental commencement date full payment ofapartment rental must be made upon the booking of the apartment. 1.7.     The preferred method of payment is by credit ordebit card.  Payment can also be made by cash or by bank transfer howevera seven-day allowance is necessary in order for bank transfers to becleared.Failure to meet these terms may result in a cancellation withoutadvance client notification. 2.      Cancellationby Customer In the event you wish to cancel your booking, the followingcharges will be made: 2.1.     A cancellation made 8 weeksor more before your rental commencement date, 30% of the rental charge will beheld. 2.2.     A cancellation made less than 2 weeks beforeyour rental commencement date, 100% of the rental charge will be held.2.3.      We strongly advise that clients take out thenecessary Insurance to cover any costs associated with having to cancel. 3.      Arrivaland Departure Times 3.1.      Specific arrival anddeparture times will be arranged upon the booking, which must then be strictlyadhered to. 3.2.     Standard check-in times are from 3pmto 7pm Monday to Friday, or by arrangement if outside of these times. Please be aware that we are a small independent run business and do not operatea 24 hour reception or check in. 3.3.     The latest checkout time is 11am on the day of the departure. The procedure of departure willbe confirmed on arrival.     4.      Rightto Decline 4.1.   Ware Apart Hotel reserves the right to refuse,alter or cancel a booking, even after the receipt of final payment. Inaddition, the business is relieved of all liability should thereserved accommodation not be available due to circumstances beyond ourcontrol. In such an instance, alternative arrangements will be made in similaraccommodation or a full refund will be offered. However, no refund or liabilitywill apply to a situation where a client is requested to vacate, or leaves oftheir own accord, prior to the expiration of the booking. 5.     Behavior 5.1.     Guests are required tobehave in responsible manner, respect the accommodation, and other occupantswithin the premises and surrounding neighborhood.  Noise should be kept toa minimum between the hours of 10pm and 7am. This also includes causing any kindof nuisance, disruption towards other residents.  Visitors to guests willbe asked to vacate the premises after by management or an overnight fee will beapplied of £50.00 per person. 5.2.     The person who madethe booking will be held responsible for the behavior of the guests in his /her party and visitors.  We will require the full names and addresses ofall visitors. 5.3.     We reserve the right to terminatethis contract if the behavior of the customer is likely to endanger the safetyor well being of other guests in the party, himself, or any other occupantswithin the Ware Apart Hotel or other accommodation, prior to or during theirstay. 6.      Accommodation For insurancereasons, the total number of guests staying in each party must not exceed themaximum occupancy capacity as specified on our website. 7.      Lossor Damage 7.1.     Guests are required to keep theapartment, the furniture and the fittings in the same conditions as found onarrival.  We allow approximately 1 to 3 hours for cleaning depending onsize of apartment – if an excessive and unacceptable level of mess is made, wewill levied an additional charge which will be taken from card details providedat time of booking. 7.2.     1 or 2 sets of keys areprovided on arrival.  It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure thatthey are in possession of these at all the time and that they are returnedsafely on the day of departure. 7.3.     As securityagainst loss and/or damage. A security deposit between £250 and £1000.00 perapartment will be taken upon check-in at the discretion of Ware Apart Hotel7.4.    If your security deposit does not cover the totaladditional charges, we will be entitled to recover this from you without delay.  8.      Pets Pets are not allowedon the premises at any time, with the exception of registered guide and hearingdogs accompanying their owners. 9.  Smoking We hold a strictno smoking policy; smoking is not permitted in any area.  If this rule isnot adhered to we reserve the right to implement a charge to cover the cost ofdeep cleaning and out of letting time.  This will be charged at £150.00per room. Smoking is permitted outside the buildings. 10.  Liability11.1. Ware Apart Hotel and its employees shall not be liable for anydamages, loss or personal injury which may be sustained by a persons orproperty within the building and or car park at any time during the reservedstay. 11.2. While we will endeavor to provide all services but we cannot beheld responsible for any loss or failure of service as we are dependents onother providers who are outside of our control. 11.  Quality,Feedback and Complaints 12.1We are committed to providing qualityaccommodation and we welcome feedback from our guests. 12.2. In the event of acomplaint, it should immediately be brought to the attention of the manager orowners and we will endeavor to put right any problem if fixableimmediately.  If not then we will endeavor to rectify at the earliestopportunity.  12.  Default by the Customer It is consumerresponsibility to ensure that all documentation and details issued to you byWare Apart Hotel are correct. In the event that you do not agree with thedocumentation, this must be brought to our attention immediately. 13.  BedLinen and Towels Bed linen and towels are provided in all our accommodationand, if additional towels and bed linen are required these can be provided butan additional fee may be charged.  For longer stays of seven or more dayswe inclusively provide a weekly change of fresh bed linen and towels. 14.  SpecialRequests Requests for specific accommodation, cots, and additional beds forchildren should be made at the time of reservation; these are subject to availability.15.  Late Arrivals Failure to notify us of a late arrivalafter the 7pm may result in reception being unmanned and access toaccommodation being restricted.  We send out confirmation and ask thatguests let us know a rough time of arrival to avoid any problems. 16.  Confirmationof Booking All bookings are subject to availability and written / emailconfirmation. 17. Insurance  We are not responsible for the theftand/or damage of your personal belongings during your stay in any apartmentbooked.  Therefore you are advised to ensure you have appropriateinsurances in place. In addition you are advised to ensure you have appropriatetravel insurance to cover cancellation and medical expenses   18.  Privacystatement We fully respect your right to privacy. Personal information willnot be requested without your permission. Any information provided will betreated with the up most confidentially and used only for the process of makingRequested bookings, follow up emails including feedback request. No informationwill be made available or distributed to any third party companies orindividuals.
